Management Assistant

Backbone Management, founded in 2014, is a modern, creative and efficient management company that provides full management services for our clients.


Our home is in Helsinki, Finland, but we operate Worldwide.

We are looking for a new talent to join our small office team in Helsinki.

Main responsibilities:​​

  • Meeting arrangements and memos

  • Travel bookings and calendar management

  • Invoicing and financial reporting

  • Official statements

  • Document management

  • Social media reporting

  • Communication with external stakeholders

  • General support for the management in day to day business and keeping our office spirit high

What we expect from you:

  • 1+ years of previous work experience in assistant role

  • Excellent communication skills and service oriented mindset

  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

  • Excellent in MS Office and Google-applications

  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

  • A precise, self-initiated and solution-focused approach

Mainly our office runs during regular business hours, but from time to time you need to work also during late evenings and weekends.
